Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a bakery team member to join our store in the United States. You will proof and bake unfinished bakery goods, unpack and display items, and follow production charts to ensure proper stock and quality. You’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming bakery area for members.

Experience in bakery or customer service is preferred, and applicants must be at least 18 years old. We value teamwork, safety, and efficient, friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods following product handling information.
• Unpacks bakery goods and displays according to production chart recommendations.
• Maintains cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department.
• Receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments; ensures items are fresh and properly priced.
• Rotates and stores bakery products following food safety policies.
