Qualifications

• Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions and take special orders.
• Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods following product handling info.
• Package freshly baked goods and display per production charts.
• Decorate special orders or case products.
• Rotate and store bakery products per safety policies.
• Receive, inspect and store bakery shipments.
• Ensure products are fresh and meet quality standards.
• Generate labels and price tickets; price items accurately.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and surfaces; maintain safety.
• Maintain club policies and perform other duties as assigned.
