Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a bakery team member to support production and display of bakery items in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and customer service as part of daily operations in the bakery department.

Responsibilities include handling, baking, packaging, and maintaining clean, organized work areas while ensuring timely preparation and accurate product presentation for members.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Answers questions and recommends bakery items.
• Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods by following production charts.
• Packages freshly baked goods and displays items.
• Rotates and stores bakery products following safety policies.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment and work areas.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
