Job summary

Fiesta Mart in Dallas Fort Worth-W Webb Chapel is hiring a Bakery Clerk to support the bakery department. You will assist customers with bakery purchases, maintain displays, and help with special orders while working closely with the Baker to determine what items to bake or decorate.

The role requires good communication in English and Spanish, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and basic PC/Outlook skills. A fast-paced grocery environment and physical duties are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English for customer interactions.
• Strong customer service skills and friendly communication.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions and labels.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service in the bakery and assist customers with purchases.
• Clean and rotate bakery displays and shelves; keep front and bakery areas tidy.
• Take special orders and coordinate with the Baker on items to bake or decorate.
• Assist in department cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards in the bakery.
• Follow safety and lifting requirements; assist with stock and prep tasks.
