Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club in Cary, NC is seeking a Bakery Team Member to proof, bake and display bakery goods, following production charts and safety standards.

You will handle customer service at the bakery counter, rotate stock, assist with orders, and keep equipment clean. This role requires 18+ and a willingness to work in a fast-paced retail bakery.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods following product handling information.
• Decorates special order or case product.
• Rotates and stores bakery products following food safety policies.
• Receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments.
• Ensures products are fresh and properly priced.
• Cleans and sanitizes bakery equipment and display fixtures.
