Qualifications

• Experience in bakery or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery products preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods following product handling information.
• Unpacks bakery goods and displays according to production charts.
• Gathers products for next day and packages freshly baked items.
• Rotates and stores bakery products per food safety policies, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Generates labels and price tickets and ensures items are correctly priced.
• Maintains cleaning and safety standards in the bakery and around equipment.
