Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to address questions in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Organize products in display case and tables while ensuring fully-stocked cases.
• Support bakery by baking breads, cookies, and desserts including pan dulce.
• Maintain standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, sanitation, and food safety.
• Stock, fill, face, and ensure pricing accuracy; rotate and discard outdated items.
• Operate bakery equipment (heat sources, mixers, blenders).
• Take food orders in person and by telephone.
• All other duties as assigned.
