• Maintain standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, department conditions, and food safety.
• Stock, fill, face, and ensure pricing accuracy while examining rotation of bakery products and discarding outdated items.
• Operate bakery equipment such as heat sources, mixers, and blenders.
• Take food orders in person and by telephone.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
