Job summary

You will greet customers, organize display cases, assist with baking breads, cookies, and pastries, and ensure pricing accuracy while maintaining food safety standards. You will take orders in person or by phone and support the team as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Food Handlers Card.
• Customer Service and retail experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with questions in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Organize products in display case and ensure fully-stocked cases.
• Assist with baking breads, cookies, and desserts, including pan dulce.
• Maintain standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, and food safety.
• Stock, fill, face, and ensure pricing accuracy while examining rotation of Pastry products.
• Work with Pastry equipment such as heat sources, mixers, and blenders.
• Takes food orders in person and by telephone.
• All other duties as assigned.
