Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Organize products in display cases and tables with fully stocked cases.
• Assist bakery team with baking breads, cookies, and desserts including pan dulce.
• Maintain standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, safety, sanitation and food safety.
• Stock, fill, face, and ensure pricing accuracy; rotate bakery items and discard outdated items.
• Operate bakery equipment including heat sources, mixers, and blenders.
• Take food orders in person and by telephone.
• All other duties as assigned.
