Job summary

Fiesta Mart in Dallas is seeking a Bakery Clerk (ages 16-17) to join the store operations team at 11445 Garland Rd. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist with bakery purchases, stock shelves, and maintain attractive, safe displays in the bakery area.

Under supervision from the Bakery Manager, you will support daily bakery operations, learn food-handling rules, and work in a fast-paced store environment. Basic PC skills and a willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English/Spanish as needed.
• Willingness to learn food handling and store procedures.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service in the bakery area.
• Assist customers with bakery purchases and special orders.
• Clean, stock, rotate, and organize displays and shelves.
• Coordinate with the Baker on production needs and item decoration.
• Maintain department cleanliness and food safety practices.
