Responsibilities

• Prepare items per customer requests using proper bakery equipment.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover new items or products.
• Inform customers of bakery specials.
• Provide customers with fresh products ordered and correct portion sizes.
• Recommend bakery items to customers to meet their needs.
• Use bakery equipment safely (refrigerators, freezers, ovens).
• Prepare foods according to recipe and temperature logs.
• Measure, mix ingredients using utensils and equipment.
• Label and inventory ingredients and merchandise.
• Check product quality and dates; take action as needed.
• Maintain proper temperatures in cases and coolers with logs.
• Respond to customer questions and suggest products.
