Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass drug test
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to work within set time frames
• Familiarity with bakery terms and processes
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks/projects
• Ability to work weekends regularly, any shift, and overtime as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Desired Qualifications:

• Related retail experience
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure

Responsibilities include modeling Customer 1st behavior, maintaining product displays, evaluating bakery product quality, performing department housekeeping, answering phones, taking cake orders, promoting company initiatives, complying with safety standards, performing cashier functions, sampling products, and using public announcements to attract customers. Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
