Job description

Our Royal Oak location is looking for a Part-Time Bakery Clerk to join our family! The bakery department is responsible for providing delectably sweet treats and freshly baked breads. If this sounds like you, we knead to meet you!

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide premier customer service by greeting customers, responding to questions, and making recommendations when needed.
2. Ensure all prepared bakery items are properly labeled, covered, rotated, and shelves are stocked.
3. Process special orders on an as-needed basis.
4. Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety policies, and other programs and initiatives.
5. Perform other duties as required.

Working Conditions:

1. Ability to safely bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
2. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
3. Maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety procedures.
4. High motivation and a proactive attitude.
5. Desire to provide outstanding customer service and comply with department procedures and safe work practices.
6. Willingness to learn and openness to coaching and feedback.

Schedule Requirements:

1. Ability to work mornings, weekends, occasional evenings, and holidays.
