Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile, take orders at the bakery counter, and assist customers throughout the store.
• Check daily orders, set up a timeline and production schedule, verify cake sizes and decorations.
• Decorate bakery items promptly and stay current on new designs and trends.
• Lead part-time employees and coordinate with the bakery team to keep production running smoothly.
• Maintain proper sanitation, safety, and cleanliness in the work area.
• Deliver and set up wedding cakes on site outside the store if required.
• Communicate with the Bakery Manager about displays, weekly ads, and special needs.
