Roche Bros. is seeking a friendly Bakery Associate to join the team. You will greet customers, help with cake decorating, and ensure product freshness and orderly presentation in the bakery department.

Responsibilities include icing, packaging, labeling, taking special orders, and assisting with catering platters and delivery setup as needed. The role requires teamwork, strong customer service, and adherence to sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work a schedule based on the business needs of the store location.
• Authorized to work within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide premier service at the service counter.
• Assist with cake decorating, icing, packaging, labeling, and presentation.
• Prepare and wrap bakery products, rotate stock, and maintain freshness.
• Assist with catering platters, special orders, and delivery/set up as needed.
• Operate bakery equipment (mixer, slicer, proofer, etc.) and keep work area sanitary.
