Qualifications

• 6 Months' Experience In Fresh Production Area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Team Member: Collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates associates on tools, tasks and resources and provides customer service.
• Expert: Plans bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs following recipes and instructions.
• Techie: Uses handheld technology to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Owner: Drives bakery area performance, ensures quality and date control, and assists members with purchases.
• Talent Ambassador: Models high-quality service and trains and inspires others in a respectful, team-oriented style.
