Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in fresh production

Responsibilities

• Team Member: collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate others on tools and resources; focus on customer service and inventory control
• Expert: plan bakery production ensuring quality and accurate decorating designs
• Techie: use handheld devices to drive sales and assist in production and training
• Owner: drive bakery area performance; ensure quality, date control, waste reduction, and seasonal prep
• Talent Ambassador: act as brand advocate and mentor teammates
