The role involves working in a fast-paced retail bakery, lifting up to 50 lbs, and providing friendly service to customers, with emphasis on accurate production and product presentation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to assist the Bakery Manager with daily operations.
• Stand, bend, twist, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in varying temperatures.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and QA standards throughout the department.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe bakery area.
• Decorate cakes and pastries as directed by recipes and standards.
• Prepare trays, icing, packaging, and display items for customers.
• Ensure accurate signage and rotation of bakery items.
• Follow all health, safety, and company policies in daily operations.
• Assist in other departments when needed.
