BAKERY/CAKE DECORATOR (Finance)

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return. Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department and monitor all established quality assurance standards. • Label, stock, sign, and inventory merchandise
• Report discrepancies in product ordering or shipping
• Understand store layout to assist customers efficiently
• Monitor inventory and stock conditions
• Follow all health, safety, and legal regulations
• Adhere to merchandising, customer service, and safety protocols
