BAKERY/CAKE DECORATOR (Finance)

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return. Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department and monitor all established quality assurance standards. • Second language: speaking, reading, and/or writing
• Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and offering samples
• Prepare bakery items, including wedding cakes, per customer requests
• Recommend bakery products to customers
• Ensure product quality and freshness
• Decorate baked goods such as cakes, pastries, and cookies
• Label, stock, and inventory merchandise
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
• Maintain knowledge of store layout and product placement
• Adhere to health, safety, and food safety regulations
