Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and provides excellent customer service. Maintains stock levels and controls shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plans bakery productions, ensures quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follows food safety standards, and manages equipment.
• Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Be an Owner: Ensures bakery quality, manages inventory, prepares for seasonal events, and assists members with their needs.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promotes high-quality service, interacts with associates, and supports training and development.
