BAKERY/CAKE DECORATOR (Finance)

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return. Minimum requirements:

• Retail experience
• Bakery/cake decorating experience
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Basic math skills
• Effective communication skills

Desired qualifications:

• Second language skills (speaking, reading, or writing)
• Create welcoming environments and assist customers with product questions and suggestions
• Offer samples and prepare bakery items, including wedding cakes, per customer requests
• Maintain product quality, check sell-by dates, and use bakery equipment properly
• Decorate bakery items and manage inventory
• Report discrepancies and adhere to health and safety regulations
• Follow safety, merchandising, and customer service protocols
• Identify unsafe conditions and report safety risks or illegal activities

Salary Range: $20.05 - $24.16 per hour
