Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 1+ years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead shifts, motivate, coach and develop others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to certify).
• Flex hours including nights and weekends; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop team members to meet sales and guest experience goals.
