Panera Bread is seeking a Team Manager to join our bakery-cafe leadership team. You will help run great shifts, support team development, and uphold our high standards for guest experience.

This role emphasizes coaching, hiring, training, and driving performance in a fast-paced setting. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional food quality, service, and speed while building a welcoming culture and ensuring food safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a loud environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are delighted with food, service, and staff.
• Build engaging relationships to create loyal guests.
• Lead, manage and develop team members through coaching and motivation to exceed goals.
• Participate in interviewing and selection process.
• Train team on food safety standards and maintain compliance.
