Job summary

Panera LLC in Lebanon, TN is seeking an Assistant General Manager Lead to inspire an amazing bakery-cafe team and drive guest satisfaction while partnering with the General Manager on daily operations.

You will hire, train, and develop staff, manage scheduling and performance, control costs, and uphold Panera’s standards of food quality, service, and culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.
• Proven availability to run great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery-cafe team and partner with General Manager in overseeing operations.
• Help hire, onboard, and train new team members while motivating and celebrating the team.
• Assist with managing team performance to meet goals, quality standards, and guest service expectations.
• Collaborate with General Manager to develop restaurant leadership and Panera guiding values.
• Ensure customers are delighted with food, service, and team, and follow company procedures and policies.
