You will oversee shifts, coach staff, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Proven ability to drive positive results and lead a fast-paced team.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and celebrate a bakery-cafe team to achieve goals.
• Partner with the General Manager on staffing, training, and development.
• Hire, onboard, and develop team members while motivating the team.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold quality standards.
