Qualifications

• Age requirement: minimum 18 years.
• Experience in restaurant management preferred.
• Ability to drive results with strong business sense.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery-cafe team and partner with GM to oversee operations.
• Plan staffing, scheduling, and staff development.
• Hire onboarding and train new team members; motivate and celebrate the team.
• Ensure high guest satisfaction and maintain quality standards.
• Develop managers and champions of Panera's values and behaviors.
• Support cost control and inventory efforts.
