• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of leading the bakery-cafe team, including staffing and scheduling.
• Hire, onboard and train new team members while motivating and celebrating the team.
• Manage performance to meet goals, standards and guest expectations.
• Develop managers on people processes and Panera's values & behaviors.
• Follow procedures to execute company strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure guest delight through food quality, service and staff interactions.
• Maintain healthy costs and inventory; support a safe workplace.
