Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience (preferred).
• ServSafe certification or ability to achieve.
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.
• Proven ability to run great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team and oversee the bakery-cafe's success.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, people development, and performance management.
• Hire, onboard, train, and motivate team members to celebrate success.
• Ensure guest service meets/exceeds standards and creates Panera warmth.
• Follow procedures to execute company strategies and maintain health and safety standards.
