Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of leading the bakery-cafe team, including staffing, scheduling, development, performance, and succession planning.
• Hire, onboard, train, and motivate team members to energize and engage the staff.
• Manage performance to meet goals, quality standards, and guest service expectations.
• Develop managers on people processes and Panera’s Guiding Values & Behaviors.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures and company strategies.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and build loyal relationships.
