You will drive staffing, training, and guest service excellence while upholding Panera’s wellness and operational standards.

The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 annually, with eligibility for quarterly bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Background check required for the position.
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.
• Proven ability to run great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bakery-cafe team including staffing, scheduling, development, performance management, training, and succession planning.
• Hire, onboard, train, motivate, energize, engage, and celebrate the team.
• Manage team performance to meet goals, quality standards, and guest service expectations.
• Develop managers on people processes and Panera’s Guiding Values & Behaviors.
• Follow procedures to ensure strategies and initiatives are executed successfully.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with the quality of food, service, and staff.
• Build relationships to foster loyalty and repeat visits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all regulations.
• Maintain a healthy and safe workplace and manage costs and inventory.
• Help build a Culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
