Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience preferred.
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.
• Proven ability to run great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a bakery-cafe team, plan staffing needs, scheduling, and development.
• Hire, onboard, train, motivate, energize, and celebrate the team.
• Manage performance to meet goals, standards, and guest service expectations.
• Develop managers on people processes and Panera Values & Behaviors.
• Follow procedures to execute company strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure guests are delighted with food, service, and staff.
• Manage costs and inventory for the bakery-cafe.
