Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in Cherry Hill, NJ is hiring for an entry-level position (Full-Time/Part-Time). The role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, greeting guests, and assisting with product selection.

You will operate the POS, prepare beverages, help with bread merchandising, and maintain a clean, food-safe environment. Weekend and holiday availability preferred; HS diploma recommended; ServSafe certification may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to speak and understand conversational English.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Weekend and holiday availability is strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a ServSafe Food Handler Certification (where required).

Responsibilities

• Delivering friendly, fast, and memorable customer service.

• Cross-training in multiple areas, including: Cashier (POS), Bar, Bread, Cake.
• Arriving on time and ready to work each scheduled shift.
