Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in Haltom City, TX is seeking Store Front Associates dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. You will help with baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing drinks while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma, and be available at least 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday shifts. Previous fast food or retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• Fast food or retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skill.
• MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY.
• Health Department Regulations and ServSafe certification may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with service beyond expectation while showing sensitivity to individual needs.
• Make a memorable connection and commit to making each guest's experience the best.
• Work with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and create an uplifting work atmosphere for both fellow employees and customers.
• Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks.
• Cross-train in each department, including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
• Work hard and have FUN while doing so.
