Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe is seeking Store Front Associates in Haltom City, TX to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Partners must be available to work at least 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, and be 18 or older.

Responsibilities include baking bread, decorating cakes, making drinks, and cross-training across Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar. We offer a free meal plan, free tea, employee discounts, and incentives for referrals, with opportunities for career

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• Fast food or retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skill.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified.
• Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.
• MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY.
• This position requires moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting; requires standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with service beyond expectation while showing sensitivity to individual needs.
• Make a memorable connection and commit to making each guest's experience the best.
• Work with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and create an uplifting work atmosphere for both fellow employees and customers.
• Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks.
• Cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
