85°C Bakery Cafe is hiring Store Front Associates in Tigard, OR for entry-level roles such as Barista, Cashier, and Fresh Bread. The team emphasizes exceptional customer service, detail orientation, and growth within the company.

We value high school graduates, reliable weekend availability, ServSafe certification, and a strong work ethic. Expect moderate physical activity and a fun, fast-paced environment with opportunities to cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• Experience in fast food or retail preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a level of service beyond the customer's expectation.
• Make a memorable connection and commit to making each guest's experience the best
• Teamwork, follow direction and work together with the store management team to deliver outstanding service; to create an uplifting work atmosphere, for both your fellow employees and the customers.
• Job specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes and making drinks.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
• Work hard and have FUN while doing so!
• Store associates will be expected to cross train in each department including: Bread, Cake, POS, Bar.
