85°C Bakery Cafe is hiring Back of House Associates in Tigard, Oregon. You'll bake and decorate quality baked goods, maintain a clean, safe kitchen, and support daily operations across bread, cake, POS, and bar areas.

The team values punctuality, teamwork, and customer service as you help deliver exceptional products. Weekend and holiday availability is required for this role, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic cafe environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher required.
• Fast food or retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication.
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified.
• Weekend and holiday availability.

Responsabilités

• Bake/Decorate quality 85C baked goods.
• Maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
• Perform daily operations: separating, filling and baking.
• Receive and organize inventory.
• Cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS, Bar.
• Ensure breads meet 85°C standards and complete tasks accurately.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and follow company policies.
• Provide breads and maintain quality to meet standards.
