Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in Century City, Los Angeles is seeking entry-level associates for back-of-house roles, including bakers, with weekend availability. Compensation is hourly ($20.00–$20.50) and both full-time and part-time shifts are available.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, good English communication, strong teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced bakery environment. ServSafe certification and prior food service or retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fast food or retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Responsibilities

• Decorate baked goods to 85C quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and healthy work area.
• Perform daily baking operations: separating, filling and baking.
• Work with store management to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure breads meet 85C standards and complete tasks.
• Cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS, Bar.
• Be punctual for all shifts and follow company policies.
