Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in California seeks Back of House Associates (baker) with weekend availability to join our fast-paced team. You will decorate baked goods, maintain a clean workspace, and perform daily bakery operations to meet 85°C quality standards.

You will work with store management to deliver outstanding service, cross-train across departments, and uphold health regulations. Prior food-service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• Fast food or retail experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification is mentioned.

Responsibilities

• Decorate quality 85C baked goods.
• Maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
• Perform daily operations including baking and filling.
• Work with store management to deliver outstanding service.
• Cross train in Bread, Cake, POS, Bar departments.
