Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate to perform duties and follow safety rules.
• Must complete a 60‑day introductory period.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements.
• Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools.
• Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must wear the assigned clothes and shoes.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review the shift work schedule at start of shift and prepare equipment and PPE.
• Assemble ingredients, place on trays, bake goods, and manage oven workflow.
• Package, wrap, label baked goods, clean display cases, and stock fresh items.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, and floors.
• Track and record loss as part of shift duties.
