The position requires strong English communication, ability to stand for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and excellent teamwork. Training supports safety, QA, and customer service priorities.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Stand/walk for the duration of a shift.
• Regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Work cooperatively with others and follow schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, safe Bakery area.
• Greet Customers and provide prompt service.
• Rotate merchandise and ensure accurate signage.
• Prepare and package pastry and bread items per recipes.
• Follow QA, sanitation, and safety standards.
