Job summary

The GIANT Company in Ephrata, PA is seeking a store team member with duties in bakery operations. You will review schedules, prepare supplies, assemble and bake goods, label products, and keep cases clean and stocked for customers.

Candidates should be able to read and write, meet safety and attendance standards, and complete a 60‑day probation. This role requires standing for shifts and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with opportunities to grow within our team.

Responsibilities

• Review schedule and prepare required PPE and supplies at start of shift
• Assemble and bake goods, place on trays and bake
• Package and label baked goods and maintain display cases
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, and display areas
• Track and record loss
