85°C Bakery Cafe in Corona, CA is seeking a Storefront Associate (Barista/Cashier) to provide friendly, efficient service and handle orders at the counter. You will greet guests, take payments, prepare beverages, and help with bread merchandising while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Weekend availability is preferred, and there is potential for growth through our internal promotion and training programs. Join a passionate team delivering fresh breads and beverages daily.

What You'll Do

As a Storefront Associate, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding customer experience every day by:

• Delivering friendly, fast, and memorable customer service.
• Greeting guests and assisting with product selection.
• Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
• Preparing coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
• Assisting with bread merchandising and product presentation.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Working collaboratively with your teammates and store leadership.
• Following all company policies and Health Department regulations.
• Cross-training in multiple areas, including: Cashier (POS) Bar Bread Cake
• Arriving on time and ready to work each scheduled shift.
• Having fun while delivering an exceptional guest experience!

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who have:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to speak and understand conversational English.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Weekend and holiday availability is strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a ServSafe Food Handler Certification (where required).
