Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in Arden Fair Sacramento is seeking entry-level team members for both full-time and part-time roles. You will greet customers, provide service that exceeds expectations, and help create a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include assisting with bread, cake decoration, and drinks, plus punctuality and adherence to policies. Store associates rotate across Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar; weekend/holiday availability preferred.

Cross‑Training

• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Ability to enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified.
• Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability preferred.
• Must be at least 17 years of age to apply.

Physical Requirements

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform duties including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. The role involves continuous standing and walking with repetitive hand motions and overhead reaching. Workers may be exposed to extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.
