Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Decorate quality baked goods.
2. Maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
3. Perform daily operations including separating, filling, and baking.
4. Work collaboratively with the store management team to deliver outstanding service.
5. Ensure sufficient breads are available, maintaining quality standards.
6. Cross-train in departments such as Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.
7. Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts and follow company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher
• Preferred experience in fast food or retail
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Acceptable verbal English communication skills
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork skills
• Enforce health regulations and be ServSafe certified
• Weekend and holiday availability
