Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Decorate quality 85C baked goods.
2. Maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
3. Perform daily operations, including but not limited to: separating, filling, and baking.
4. Work as part of a team, follow directions, and collaborate with store management to deliver outstanding service.
5. Provide sufficient breads and maintain quality to meet 85°C standards, completing designated tasks accurately.
6. Cross-train in departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.
7. Be punctual for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher;
• Preferred experience in fast food or retail;
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask;
• Acceptable verbal English communication skills;
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork skills;
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified;
• Weekend and holiday availability;
• MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY

This position involves moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. Employees will be standing and walking continuously, performing repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Exposure to extreme temperatures in coolers and freezers may occur.
