Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Decorate high-quality 85°C baked goods.
• Maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
• Perform daily operations, including separating, filling, and baking.
• Work collaboratively with the store management team to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure sufficient bread supply while maintaining quality standards.
• Cross-train in departments such as Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.
• Adhere to all scheduled shifts and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• Preferred experience in fast food or retail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork skills.
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY

Physical Requirements

This position involves moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. Employees will stand and walk continuously, perform repetitive hand motions, and reach overhead. Exposure to extreme temperatures in coolers and freezers is possible. Duties may change or be added as needed.
