Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a Bakery Associate to support daily production and displays in our Duncansville store. You will assemble ingredients, bake goods, package and label products, and maintain clean display cases to ensure fresh, appealing offerings for customers.

Team members must be able to work 4-hour shifts or longer, follow safety policies, and meet performance standards. Prior experience or technical training is preferred and welcomed as part of growth within our values-driven team

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate to complete job duties and follow policies.
• Must complete company introductory period of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the position.
• Must be able to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare required equipment and supplies.
• Assemble and mix ingredients, place on trays, bake goods in ovens.
• Package and wrap baked goods, print labels, and display in cases.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
• Track and record loss as part of shift duties.
