Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful bakery operation experience (merchandising, ordering, inventory, pricing).
• Complete bakery operation training.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Ability to take initiative with limited supervision.
• English reading/writing/speaking with ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide an open, service‑oriented atmosphere with strong associate morale.
• Lead a bakery team in the manager's absence and maintain department goals.
• Train associates per company policy and procedures.
• Maintain product freshness, rotate stock, and manage displays.
